It is the policy of Talks Hub to adhere to standards of ethics, fairness, and equity in all of its affairs. This includes cancellation and refund policies..

Cancellation procedure

Reasonable efforts

Reasonable efforts ensures our aim to meet the needs of the client from project start to completion, however, when appropriate, Talks Hub will also consider all reasonable requests for full or partial refunds, should no other remedies be satisfactory or available.

In case of a cancellation notice, Talks Hub and its client must undergo through 2 remedy options to satisfy the client needs and expectation, at requested quality and normal standards in translation industry.

In the final case no remedy satisfy the client´s needs, refunds are possible for the client, in the conditions hereby expressed.

Remedies

First remedy ensures the first attempt to respond to the client objective deficiency related observations in regard with poor quality of services provided, by using its own internal means of execution and control. The client must notify the exact nature of services that are considered unsatisfactory and give the Talks Hub a reasonable amount of time to undergo the remedial measures.

Second remedy ensures the second and final attempt to respond to the client objective deficiency related observations in regard with poor quality of services provided, by using its own internal means of execution and control and, if possible, by contracting an external and independent adviser. The client must notify the exact nature of services that are considered unsatisfactory and give the Talks Hub a reasonable amount of time to undergo the remedial measures.

Refunds

Already performed services, works or costs that were already incurred by Talks Hub, representing in part or in total the assignment received from client, that has been performed or executed or contracted, in any way, prior to cancellation, are not refundable. Should Talks Hub receive a cancellation request prior to the completion of an order, the charges for the portion of work not yet performed, executed or contracted, may be refundable, if no other remedies are available, or existing remedies do not satisfy the client needs. Talks Hub reserve the right to determine the total amount of reasonable refund.

Notification of cancellation

Client musty notify Talks Hub immediately of any issues requiring attention, detailing in ful the exact nature of services that are considered unsatisfactory in so far that a refund is requested.

Cancellation notices should be done in writting, using the same comunication mehods as used by client for placing the initial order. A confirmation from Talks Hub is required to start counting for the date of cancellation notice receival. The confirmation may take place by automatic methods (email send with confirmation request) or using the same communication methods used by client for ordering.
